Quality Control

Quality Inspection Department Structure:
The company has set up an independent quality control center, which consists of 25 professional quality inspection personnel, including: 3 senior quality engineers with Six Sigma Black Belt certification; 5 testing engineers with CNAS qualification; 10 on-site inspectors trained in ISO9001 system; 7 supply chain incoming material inspection specialists;


Full process quality control system:
1. Incoming material inspection (IQC):
Implement full inspection of key components (motors, lidar, control motherboard);
Use AQL 0.65 sampling standard for general parts inspection;
Establish supplier quality scoring system, monthly assessment elimination system;
2. Process inspection (IPQC):
Set up 16 key quality control points (such as body welding, navigation system assembly);
Hourly inspection records, real-time data upload to MES system;
Implement the "three no principles": do not accept, do not manufacture, and do not pass on defects;
3. Finished product inspection (OQC):
100% whole machine performance test (including 72-hour aging test);
10 km load-bearing road test simulating customer scenarios;
Laser positioning accuracy retest (±3mm standard);
Establish a complete quality traceability system to support two-way tracking from raw material batches to finished products, ensuring that each device leaving the factory has a complete quality file.
