1. Car body: It is composed of a forklift and corresponding mechanical devices. It is the basic part of AGV and the installation basis of other assembly parts.
2. Power storage and charging device: AGV often uses 24V and 48V lithium or nickel-cadmium batteries as power. The charging pile is generally automatically charged, and it will automatically charge at the charging position during the working interval of AGV.
3. Drive device: It is composed of wheels, reducers, brakes, drive motors and speed controllers. It is a device that controls the normal operation of AGV. Its operating instructions are issued by computers or manual control, and the adjustment of operating speed, direction and braking is controlled by computers respectively. For safety, the braking device can achieve mechanical braking when the power is off.
4. Guidance device: receives the direction information of the guidance system and realizes the steering action through the steering device.
5. On-board controller: receives the instructions of the control center and executes the corresponding instructions, and at the same time promptly feeds back its own status (such as position, speed, etc.) to the control center.
6. Communication device: realizes the information exchange between AGV and the ground control station and ground monitoring equipment.
7. Safety protection device: includes protection of AGV itself, protection of people or other equipment, etc.
8. Transfer device: a device that directly contacts the transported goods and realizes the transfer of goods.
9. Information transmission and processing device: monitors AGV, monitors the ground status of AGV, and transmits information with the ground control station in real time.
