Upon impact, the abrasively remove oxides, burrs, and micro-scale irregularities, while simultaneously inducing plastic deformation that refines the surface grain structure. This process results in a smooth, reflective mirror finish, with a surface roughness (Ra) capable of reaching 0.1μm or lower.
